How to See Sunset in Golden Bridge Vietnam?
To see sunset at Golden Hands Bridge, visitors need to check sunset time first. Use Google to know the exact time when the sun goes down. After that, visitors should be in the bridge at least 30 minutes before. For example, if sunset time is 5:30 pm (local time, GMT +7), it’s needed to be in Golden Hands Bridge by 5:00 pm.
Keep in mind that Golden Hands Bridge is located at the top of the mountain (1,414 meters above sea level). To get there, visitors need to:
– go from the city to Ba Na Hills (around 1 hour by car from Da Nang or Hoi An, two nearest city). See more information
– walk from entrance of Ba Na Hills to cable car station (roughly 10-15 minutes)

Ba Na Hills Itinerary with Sunset at Golden Bridge
From Hoi An Station or Suoi Mo Station
We suggest buying Ba Na Hills by night ticket if want to visit Golden Hands Bridge at sunset. This ticket includes a roundtrip cable car, dinner, and many attractions in the park. It’s issued at 3:00 pm onwards. We suggest coming to Ba Na Hills between 2:00 and 2:30 pm, and then take the cable car at exact 3:00 pm.
From Hoi An Station, the cable car ride finishes at Marseille Station. After that, it takes visitors only 5-7 minutes to walk to Golden Hands Bridge. However, it’s just around 3:30 pm (no sunset yet!). Therefore, we suggest going downhill to see Le Jardin d’Amour Gardens, Debay Wine Cellar (separate ticket), giant Buddha Statue, and Linh Ung Pagoda. Return to Golden Bridge before the sun disappears.
From Suoi Mo Station, the cable car ride finishes at Ba Na Station. After that, it takes visitors 5-7 minutes to reach D’Amour Station, 10 minutes to take funicular up to Le Jardin Station, and then 10 minutes to Golden Hands Bridge by foot. However, it’s just around 3:30-4:00 pm (no sunset yet!). Therefore, we suggest going downhill to see Le Jardin d’Amour Gardens, Debay Wine Cellar (separate ticket), giant Buddha statue, and Linh Ung Pagoda. Return to Golden Bridge before the sun disappears.
After watching sunset at Golden Hands Bridge, we recommend visitors take the cable car at nearby Bordeaux Station by 6:00 pm, in order to continue exploring Ba Na Hills park. If late, please wait the next cable car at 6:30 pm or 7:00 pm.
If take the cable car at Bordeaux Station by 6:00 pm, visitors still have time enough for rides at Fantasy Park (that are often closed at 7:00 pm).
If not interest in Fantasy Park, visitors can stroll around French Village that is famous for grand European buildings lit by fair lights at night. On many days, this village becomes more stunning when it’s foggy.
