When Did Golden Hands Bridge in Vietnam Open?
Golden Hands Bridge in Da Nang Vietnam was opened in June 2018. Its construction began in July 2017, and the big hands were built from October 2017. See full history
The wider park of Golden Bridge (called Ba Na Hills) was discovered by French people in the early 20th century when they colonized Vietnam. Later, they established a hill station here, which had lots of buildings and a small road leading to them. Nowadays, remains of these houses are still seen across the mountain, showing the golden past.

When Does Golden Hands Bridge in Vietnam Open Daily?
Golden Hands Bridge opens from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm everyday. However, during the dry season (February to late August), visitors should visit this bridge between 8 am and 6 pm when it’s still bright for taking photos and watching the views. In the rest of the year (rainy season), the sun goes down earlier, therefore please come earlier to have the best experience.
Visitors who stay overnight in hotels at Ba Na Hills, can take the earliest cable car to Golden Hands Bridge. Its departure time is 7:30 am or even 7 am in some periods of the year.
From Da Nang city center, visitors will spend around 1 hour to reach Ba Na Hills entrance. After that, it takes 30 to 45 minutes for walking to the cable car station and then the cable car ride itself. If want to be the first person on the bridge, make sure that you leave the city at least 1,5 hours before the first cable car.

When Will Golden Hands Bridge in Vietnam Close?
Golden Hands Bridge at Ba Na Hills will be closed before 8:00 am and after 10:00 pm. During the rainy season (September to February), it doesn’t open due to typhoons or really bad weather. We don’t recommend coming to this bridge during typhoon days.
Operational Hours of Cable Cars to Golden Bridge
The direct cable car to Golden Hands Bridge from the foot of Ba Na Hills opens from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm daily. To take it, please come to the Hoi An Station. In the summer, this cable car may be operated earlier (7 am or 7:30 am, depending on the weather and number of visitors).
If the cable car from Hoi An Station is closed, other cable cars up to Golden Hands Bridge are still available from 8:00 am. However, compared to the direct one, visitors will spend more time to reach departure stations of these cable cars, and then go from the arrival station in the French Village to the bridge. The additional amount of time is 30-45 minutes.
At night, particularly after 6:00 pm, the direct cable car from Hoi An Station to Golden Hands Bridge is closed. To go to the bridge, visitors need to take the cable car at Louvre Station. It operates from 7:00 to 7:05 pm, 8:00 to 8:05 pm, 9:00 to 9:05 pm, and 10:00 to 10:05 pm.
