Quickest Cable Car to Mercure Bana Hills
The fastest cable car to Mercure Danang French Village Bana Hills boards from the Toc Tien Station. This station is one of the highest ones in Ba Na Hills. Toc Tien Station is named after Toc Tien Waterfall, the most beautiful waterfall in Da Nang. It’s visible from the station and the cable car from it.

It gained 4 world records: the longest single-wire cable car (5,800 m) (from 2013) and the cable car of the largest altitude difference between first and last stations (1,368 m) (from 2013) that win the previously-built Ba Na Hills cable car, the cable car of longest cable length (11,587 m), and the cable car of the heaviest cable (141 tons). To reach the L’Indochine Station on the mountaintop, it takes visitors 20-30 minutes, depending on weather conditions. Below this line, there is Ba Na – Nui Chua nature reserve which boasts a high level of animal and plant richness.
L’Indochine Station is named after ‘Indochina’, French colony which comprises Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia today. In the 20th century, French people built a hill station for relaxation at Ba Na Hills.

Another Cable Car to Mercure Bana Hills
The cable car from Champa Station to Taiga Station is another cable car to Mercure Bana Hills. At the present, Champa Station is the highest station at the base of Ba Na Hills. It’s accessible by walking and escalator only. From the parking lot of Toc Tien Station where car/bus can drop off, visitors need to go upstairs to see the front desk of Mercure hotel first. After check in, bell man will show the way to Champa Station for boarding cable car. The distance is not too long.
Champa Station is decorated by typical Cham sculptures, and is named after Champa, an ancient kingdom in present-day central Vietnam.
The cable car route from Champa Station is longest in Ba Na Hills (5,864 meters). To reach the Taiga Station on the mountaintop, it takes visitors 20-30 minutes, depending on weather conditions. Below this line, there is Ba Na – Nui Chua nature reserve which boasts a high level of animal and plant richness.

Mercure Bana Hills Cable Car Ticket Price
Cable cars to Mercure Bana Hills are within Sun World Ba Na Hills cable car network. For that reason, guests of this hotel still need to buy a ticket.
Cable car ticket price at Ba Na Hills for now is 950,000 VND per adult and child from 1,39 meters, 750,000 VND per child from 1 to 1,39 meters, and free of charge for child under 1 meter. However, Mercure Bana Hills will give a discount for its guests.

Mercure Bana Hills Cable Car Timings
The cable car(s) to Mercure Bana Hills is operated from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm daily. Guests are advised coming before 4:30 pm because the front desk at Toc Tien Station will be closed at 4:30 pm. The nicest time for check in is between 2:00 and 4:30 pm.
If go to the front desk at Toc Tien Station later than the last check in time, visitors can take other cable cars in Ba Na Hills to reach Mercure hotel. Here are directions:
