The closest airport to Mercure Bana Hills is the Da Nang International Airport (code: DAD). Going to Mercure Bana Hills from Da Nang Airport Terminal 1
Travelers can fly to Da Nang (Da Nang International Airport) from many cities across Vietnam, including Hanoi (HAN), Ho Chi Minh city (SGN), Hai Phong (HPH), Van Don (near Ha Long, VDO), Phu Quoc (PQC), Nha Trang (CXR), Da Lat (DLI), Can Tho (VCA), Buon Ma Thuot (BMV). Going to Mercure Bana Hills from Da Nang Airport Terminal 2
In addition, from other countries, travelers can book a direct flight to Da Nang (Da Nang International Airport) as well. Mercure Bana Hills Front Desk
The front desk of Mercure Bana Hills is located within Toc Tien Station, one of cable car stations at the base of Ba Na Hills. If book a private car/bus, it’s possible to take visitors to this station. However, for security reasons, providing booking information is required (like full name of the guest, booking code,…).
From the parking lot at Toc Tien Station, visitors need to climb stairs to see the front desk of Mercure Bana Hills. About the luggage, bell man will help to carry up.
Please note that check in time of Mercure Bana Hills in Toc Tien Station is from 2:00 to 4:00 pm. However, the front desk can open till 5 pm sometimes. Contact the hotel to know exactly what time it’s closed on the day you come.

Cable Cars to Mercure Bana Hills
At Toc Tien Station (front desk), visitors can take the cable car to Mercure Bana Hills. Hotel guests have a priority to skip the queues and have a private gondola. To go up the mountain, it takes 20-30 minutes, depending on weather conditions. From the arrival station, L’Indochine Station, there is a short walk to the hotel.
If the cable car at Toc Tien Station is closed for maintenance, from Mercure Bana Hills front desk, visitors will go to Champa Station instead. The distance is not too long. The cable car ride from Champa Station will be 20-30 minutes long, depending on weather conditions. From the arrival station, Taiga Station, there is a short walk to the hotel.

Going Back from Mercure Bana Hills
To get back to the airport or the city, visitors need to take cable car again, from L’Indochine Station or Taiga Station, depending on Ba Na Hills cable car schedule of the day. Check out time is 10:30 am.
After that, the cable car lands at Toc Tien Station or Champa Station. From one of them, it’s needed to walk down to the parking lot. Visitors must book a private transfer with pick up at this place in advance, because there is no taxi service here.
